Art Museums
Art museums are a major part of the existing museums in Germany present. Many

Museum Frieder Burda
The Frieder Burda Foundation has commissioned New York architect Richard Meier

works on paper.
State Art Gallery
The Staatliche Kunsthalle Baden-Baden is an exhibition venue for modern and
contemporary international art. Built in 1909 by the architect Hermann Billing
and Wilhelm Vittali in the park at the Baden Baden, the Art Hall 9 skylight
halls and two cabinets for temporary exhibitions are available (about 700 square
meters). The austere, neo-classical structure of the building that houses not a
collection, offers an ideal platform for dialogue between art and space, which
here in all media (painting, sculpture, photography, video and
installation)diverse forum is offered.
Bayreuth
The art museum houses the art collection of Bayreuth, Dr.-Helmut-and-Constanze
Meyer Foundation, and also archives and collection Caspar Walter Rauh, Georg
Tappert, stocks and other municipal art collection. The Dr. Helmut-and-Constanze
Meyer Foundation has several thousand works of graphic art from different
directions of the twentieth century.
